Purely, solely and only by the grace of God, I have 29 years of sobriety and four years of abstinence from compulsive eating. I was amazed recently when someone that I knew in the program presented me with a copy of the complete serenity prayer. Until then, I never knew there was any more to the prayer than the first four lines that are said out loud at almost every meeting. This website and presentation of the prayer came into being in order to pass that experience on to others. |
